First Timers

Regular sneakers, a tee or tank on top and form-fitting pants or shorts on the bottom. Special shoes are not required for our classes but we do recommend that if you are in a colder climate that you swap out your shoes from the snow and salt during the winter months.

Our machines are custom designed to fit every body! We have a standard setting that the team will adjust based on your height. We will help you pick out the right size free weights and show you how to adjust the resistance during class and go over the RPMs. All machines come with fresh sweat towels and are deep cleaned in-between each and every class.

Just bring a water bottle with you. We torch some serious calories during class and burn up a sweat. It’s important to hydrate for class and drink water throughout.

We encourage signing up for class in advance to reserve your space. If a class time is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If you are removed from the waitlist, you will receive an email confirmation. By adding yourself to the waitlist you are confirming to take the place in class if you are removed from the waitlist.

Arrive early, as first-time clients will have to fill out a waiver for class, (if you are under 18 your parent will have to sign for you). Make sure you let us know that it is your first time and we can show you around and help set you up in the studio.
