This muscle-building and conditioning class focuses on high repetitions and light weights, using dumbbells and body weight to sculpt arms, back, legs, and glutes. It includes an intensive core component to improve overall fitness, reduce injuries, and increase strength. Strength training alternates between core, upper body, and legs + glutes.
SWEAT+
Sweat+ blends Sweat 45 and Sculpt, combining machine and off-machine exercises for a balanced mix of cardio and strength training. It alternates between core, upper body, and legs + glutes, offering a comprehensive full-body workout. Love our Sweat 45, but pressed for time? A 30 minute, high intensity, interval training workout that takes place on our proprietary cross-trainers with a light weight work series. This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind as you end your busy day!
